To support HND, Skills Training and Short Courses, NDT Technology Institute invested in the design, construction and equipping of purpose-built technical training facilities. The facilities provide an optimum practical and functional environment for learning which includes the following:

- Remote Visual Inspection Lab
- Infrared Testing Lab
- Eddy Current Testing Lab
- Ultrasonic Testing Lab
- Surface Testing Lab (MT, PT, VT)
- Shielded X-Ray Testing Lab
- Computer Lab
- Construction Tools and Materials Lab
- Corrosion Lab Equipped with Samples, Experimental Settings and a Complete Technical Library
- Classrooms, Staff Offices, Meeting and Consultation Rooms
Recreation and Leisure Facilities
The Institute is located in Dammam Second Industrial City, an industrial hub in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The Institute is within the same block housing residential flats, a hotel, shops, cafes, and verity of international food outlets. It is also situated within 3 minutes driving distance of the popular Half-moon Bay and Modon Lake Park.
